"My axiom is: "I cannot do anything better, than nature does itself." Considering this, it is only logical to work together with nature. This is surely a challenge in light of the numerous weather occurrences and the different problems we encounter in today's farming.Ironically, it is exactly these challenges that supported our decision to study and better understand the diverse rhythms of nature. We work according to biodynamic principles set forth by the Demeter Biodynamic Association. This path presents us with many possibilities for a better understanding of all facets of farming. Biodynamic farmers work very closely with the forces and rhythms of the earth and cosmos. They act as transmitters of these forces via use of certain natural preparations. In this way we can either strengthen or weaken the various impulses of nature, taking effect on form and long-term health of the soil, plants and vines. Basically, it is our endeavour to support growth of healthy vines and prevent sickness as much as possible."
